Kisah klasik "Romeo Juliet" karya William Shakespeare diadaptasi ke dalam sebuah film Indonesia berjudul sama yang dipadukan dengan kisah nyata fanatisme suporter sepakbola di Indonesia. Pendukung Persija Jakarta memberi label para suporter perempuan mereka dengan nama Jak-Angel, sedangkan Persib Bandung memilih nama Lady Vikers. Pada titik inilah cerita dalam film Romeo-Juliet yang diproduksi oleh Bogalakon Pictures ini menemukan rentetan konflik.

Mereka jatuh cinta pada pandangan pertama saat terjadi bentrokan berdarah antara Jakmania versus Viking. Rangga memutuskan untuk pergi ke Bandung untuk bertemu Desi. Bagi kawan-kawan dekatnya, kepergian Rangga ke Bandung seperti layaknya menyetorkan nyawa pada Viking. Ia kemudian dianggap pengkhianat oleh para Jakmania. Sedangkan Desi mengalami penolakan keras tatkala keluarganya tahu bahwa ia menjalin kasih dengan seorang Jakmania. Apalagi kakak Desi, Parman (Alex Komang), adalah pemimpin Viking.
